On January 11, 2025, we had the pleasure of collaborating with an incredible team of vendors and models for the stunning “Classic Meets Moody Greens” styled shoot, hosted by Taylor with Magnolia & Peach. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Avery Ranch Golf Club & Event Center in Austin, Texas, this shoot brought together timeless elegance, lush greenery, and the perfect touch of modern charm.

Bringing the Vision to Life

The theme was all about classic black and white paired with an abundance of greenery. We wanted to create an atmosphere that felt clean, timeless, and luxurious, and the venue was the ideal setting. Nestled on a well-manicured golf course with a view of the infinity pool overlooking Lake Will Wilson, the venue exuded an “old money” feel that elevated the mood of the entire shoot.

Highlights and Memorable Moments

The tablescapes, crafted by The Bluebonnet Studio, were a personal highlight. Designed with silk black accents, golden details, glass hurricanes, and candles, they exuded a clean, elegant vibe. Partnering with Your Helping Hand Bestie for floral centerpieces featuring white roses, baby’s breath, and lush greenery made it all come to life.

Behind the Scenes

While the shoot went off beautifully, we had to contend with a chilly breeze—our poor models braved the cold in their stunning strapless gowns! Their enthusiasm and positivity kept the energy high, though. The models were an absolute dream to work with, whether it was laughing at fun prompts during photo sessions or creating genuine moments that radiated love and joy.

• Solo Bride: Rachael Healey, who embodied vintage Hollywood glamor effortlessly.
• Ceremony Couple: Alexis Hayes and Kyle Cooper, who were so much fun and are getting married next year.
• Reception Couple: Tatiana and Hunter Stirm, a real-life couple of years who exuded chemistry and love.
• Bridesmaids: Pree Ran, Sofia Fernandez, Jessica Swindell, Lorra Dailey, and Arpita Gedam Borkar, all stunning in black gowns and matching bouquets.

Creative Collaboration

This shoot showcased how vendors can work together seamlessly to achieve a cohesive vision. From sharing décor elements to tying details across tablescapes, the sweetheart table, and the grazing table, everyone played a role in making the space feel unified.

It’s moments like these that remind us how much we love collaborating with other vendors. Even though The Bluebonnet Studio offers everything in-house for our clients, it’s inspiring to see what can happen when creativity combines with teamwork.
